The Fall 2017 Sports, Recreation, and Arts Expo is coming!                                                              

The Sports, Recreation, and Arts Expo will be held September 13th, 2017 at the Badlands Community Facility in the field house. Local exhibitors will be accepting spring and summer activity registrations and showcasing their organizations. This event is the perfect opportunity for individuals and families to see what programs might best fill their free time or enhance their lifestyle. Learn what our community has to offer to the Drumheller Valley by attending this free event.

Be entered to win a 10 times pass! Attend this Fall's Expo and participate in and fill out our Expo Passports, you will have your name entered in a draw for a packet of 10 passes! Draw to take place at the Expo on September 13th!

Interested in becoming a vendor? Yes! GREAT, you should should be! Here is why:

 2017 Fall Expo; Value for Exhibitors

  • This event is the perfect opportunity for individuals and families to see what your organization has to offer
  • Two weeks of radio promotion (value $1000.00) with “Name mentions” in conjunction with the Expo
  • Passport system will be in place to encourage visitors to go to each booth (participants who fill up their passport will be entered in a draw for a packet of 10 passes to the BCF & Aquaplex)
  • Demonstrations spots available to showcase your organization (Free with Expo registration. Available on first come first served basis.)
  • Brochure handed out to Sports Recreation & Arts Expo visitors with Expo exhibitor contact information (this brochure will also be included on the website as a downloadable copy)
  • Facebook Fall Expo Event will be created where BCF will actively promote registrants up to September 13th
  • Register by August 8th have your organization’s participation for the Fall Expo promoted on Aquaplex & BCF Monitors(value of $400), will be available for a cost of $50.00 (with Expo registration). Graphic/Advertisement creation will be included in the cost of this promotion, please see attached for details.
  • 150 Guest favor bags will be given to guest upon arrival. Please drop club material such as flyers and brochures off at the Badlands Community Facility front desk no later than September 1st if you would like this material added to the bags. Late material will not be accepted.

Please Note:


Online registrants are required to submit registration & waiver forms to the BCF prior to camp start date. Please email or bring forms to the BCF, as there is pertinent information on the forms that our coordinator will require in order to efficiently schedule and organize the week.
