Please save/download a copy of the forms below for Criminal Record/Vulnerable Sector Checks.

• There is a $40.00 NON-REFUNDABLE fee.
• Payment is only required if you reside within Town of Drumheller taxation areas.  
• VOLUNTEER POSITIONS ARE FREE OF CHARGE.  
• A copy of the receipt must accompany the application along with two pieces of government ID, one should be picture ID with current residing address.
• The Motor vehicle collision statement must have copies of the Drivers license, valid insurance and registration attached.
•  PAYMENT BY ETRANSFER:  is by emailing etransfer@drumheller.ca 
• EMAIL COMPLETED FORMS DIRECTLY TO THE RCMP at kdrumhellerservices@rcmp-grc.gc.ca
