Public Swim - Temporarily suspended

Open to all! This is a time where the toys are out, equipement is out, fun is had!

Family Swim - Reservation Required

Open to families, parents/guardians and those in their care.  All children must be accompanied by an adult for this swim time.

Anyone 7 years and younger must stay within arms reach of someone 16 yrs of age or older at all times.  Both the children and the guardian will get a yellow wristband upon check in. 

Aquaplex toys will not be available.  We encourage you to bring your own from home, please ensure that they are clean before putting them in the water. 

Capacity for swim: 50 people.  All participants of any age must have a reservation.

Kiddie Pool - Reservation Required

Open to parents/guardians and their little ones, a great time for introduction to the pool environment without a lot of the hustle and bustle of public or family swim times.  Also available for water walking. 

The space will be divided into two sections, and each section will be reservable. 

Aquaplex toys will not be available.  We encourage you to bring your own from home, please ensure that they are clean before putting them in the water.

Capactiy: 1 person or up to a maximum of 10 people in a co-hort per section.

Lane Swim - Reservation Required

Open to anyone, this time is for those swimmers wishing to do their own workout, while keeping to a lane style format.

Flutterboards, hard noodles, foam dumbbells and the blue or red floatation belts will be the only available equipment at this time.  After use, please put in the disinfection barrell on the pool deck. 

Snorkels are not permitted at this time in accordance to AHS guidelines.

Must swim down the middle of the lane in order to be physically distanced from the lane next to you.  

Capacity: 1 person per lane or up to a maximum 4 people (in a co-hort) in a lane.  

Designated Lane - Temporarily Suspended

During this time, one lane is set aside during other programs.

Aquatic Fitness Classes - Reservation Required

Who says you don't sweat in the water!

These instructor-lead classes will keep you moving and grooving in the water:

  • Aquafit: Low impact (or no impact in deep water) and with extra resistance because of the water, this program will get your heart pumping and your muscles engaged.  Can be done in the shallow end or the deep end with the assistance of a floatation belt or a noodle  
  • Water Therapy: This slower paced class focuses on using the wonderful properties of the water to work on joint and muscle movement and function.
  • Aqua Zumba: It's a party in the water! Come join us for this Latin-inspired dance workout, with a splash of water.  And don't worry about the moves, just keep moving! 

Capacity: 15-18 people.  We ask that if you are comfortable in deeper water or wearing a floatation that you start out deeper and allow the shallower end of the pool for those who need to touch bottom or are shorter.
